Handwoven by artisans from the Middle Atlas, “Izrarn”, a Boujaad rug draws its inspiration from the landscapes of southern Morocco.
Its powerful chevrons and warm hues create a textile map of Berber landscapes, like a vibration from the earth.
Each line, each shade tells of the connection to the mountains: land of origin, of passage, of sacred echo.
This rug is a true wave of warmth and intensity. Its undulating chevron patterns, shades of red, burnt orange, plum, pink, and touches of emerald or earthy brown recall the Atlas Mountains at sunset, or the vibrations of an ancient song.

To preserve the beauty of your rug, vacuum it no more than once a week to avoid damaging the wool. If you cannot shake it out regularly, consider turning it over once a month for a few hours – this will allow deep dust to fall out naturally.
In case of a stain, act immediately by gently blotting with a cloth soaked in clear water – this is often enough. If needed, add a little white vinegar or Marseille soap, always well diluted in plenty of water.
