Majestic and full of character, this XL jar is a true work of art, handcrafted in the village of Tamegroute, in southern Morocco. It embodies the richness of ancestral know-how, passed down from generation to generation, where earth and fire give birth to pieces vibrant with life.
Its deep green glaze, sometimes shaded with brown or olive highlights, is emblematic of the region. It is achieved through a unique alchemy of manganese and copper, and firing in traditional wood-fired kilns. The engraved lines surrounding the top of the jar add an authentic, almost ritualistic texture, evoking the potter’s gestures.

This handcrafted Tamegroute jar is a unique piece, shaped by hand and finished with a traditional glaze featuring deep, rich tones. To preserve it:
Regularly dust with a soft, dry cloth.
In case of marks, gently clean with a cloth slightly dampened with lukewarm water.
Never use abrasive products or detergents, as they may damage the natural glaze.
Both indoors and outdoors, avoid thermal or mechanical shocks.
